  • PERSONAL TRAINING

    In this module we work with clients who want a customised approach to their training. The workout programming is fully personalised and is built based on your goals and current abilities. Whether you are someone rehabilitating from an injury, want to learn a skill or just want to build confidence to be able to train with a group, the personal training route will help you get there.

    Each session will be 60 minutes long with one of our coaches directly working with you. This format goes beyond the hour of training. You will also get tips on how to manage your rest and recovery time outside the gym better.

    Our Personal Training sessions start at Rs.2500/session.

  • SMALL GROUP TRAINING

    We run small-group classes led by our expert coaches who will take you through the warm-up, the main workout and a cooldown. We keep class sizes smaller to ensure that you get the right amount of attention, to learn and progress with your training.

    We follow upper and lower body training splits with a combination of gymnastics strength training, weight training using dumbbells and barbells and mobility training.

    We follow 6-8 week long training cycles where we define upper and lower body goals for the class. Through the duration of one cycle, we have key repeated movements and some accessory exercises. With this approach, we ensure that our clients develop the mind-muscle connection with the movements, and perform them at the highest efficacy.

    We recommend 3-5 training sessions per week based on your schedule, goals and recovery. Each session is for 60 minutes.

    Our Group Training sessions are priced at Rs.1500/session.

  • 1:1 ONLINE COACHING

    This module is designed for clients who want to work with us remotely from anywhere in the world. With this individualised program you can take the guesswork out of your training. We will come up with a comprehensive strength, mobility and conditioning program for you which you can do anywhere, anytime.

    Each training phase will have 6 weeks of programming based on your assessments and goals. Absolutely no cookie-cutter approach here.

    For the assessment, we will schedule either a 1:1 in-person session (Bangalore only) or ask you to record and send us the foundation movements- push, pull, squat and hinge.
