The Website is intended for individuals seeking information about our fitness services, facilities, and memberships or access to our pre-recorded workouts, personalised workout plans, meal plans and other fitness services we offer (“Website’s Services” or “Troop’s Services”). REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP
You will be required to create an account and register as a member to access the Website’s Services.
Individuals who are above 18 years of age may register to become members of Troop. Minors may join with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information when applying for membership.
FEES AND PAYMENTS

Engaging in any fitness training or exercise comes with inherent risks of injury or ill health. You acknowledge this and agree to not hold Troop liable for any injuries, illness or loss incurred from your use of the Website’s Services.
WARRANTIES
While we will make every effort to provide you with the best plans and information to help you reach your fitness goals, results of all fitness programs depend on the individual. Results may vary depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s commitment, body type, diet, health conditions, and therefore, Troop does not provide any warranties of guaranteed results of any kind, express or implied.
